Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on 73jl. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. Where 73jl identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances held within them may be forfeited pending investigation.
73jl reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo identification card, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. Any changes to your personal details must be updated promptly through your account settings or by contacting 73jl support. 73jl shall not be liable for any losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you will be held responsible for all such activity.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify 73jl immediately. 73jl will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure your account. However, 73jl shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
All transactions on the 73jl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Where a transaction is initiated in a different currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, and applicable conversion fees may be charged.
73jl currently supports the following payment channels for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. 73jl reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as specified on the Platform's cashier page and may be updated from time to time. 73jl reserves the right to impose maximum transaction limits at its discretion.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. 73jl reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of identity verification or where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.
73jl endeavors to process withdrawal requests promptly. However, processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any applicable verification procedures. 73jl shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
73jl may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion terms. Until wagering requirements are fully satisfied, bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are not available for withdrawal.
73jl reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional benefit where it reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk or hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
73jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a player's account, provided that the applicable wagering requirements have not yet been met.
All games offered on the 73jl Platform utilize certified random number generator (RNG) technology to ensure that game outcomes are entirely random and free from manipulation. Our RNG systems are subject to regular independent audits to confirm their integrity and compliance with applicable standards.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game, 73jl reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager placed. 73jl shall not be liable for any losses or missed winnings arising from a technical malfunction. 73jl shall not be responsible for any losses incurred as a result of a player's internet disconnection during a game session. Where a disconnection occurs mid-round, the game will be resolved according to the applicable game rules and the outcome recorded by the 73jl server shall be deemed final.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 73jl Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:
All content on the 73jl Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements, is the exclusive property of 73jl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 73jl. Any unauthorized use of 73jl's intellectual property may result in legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 73jl, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
73jl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 73jl account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 73jl's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
73jl collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at Privacy Policy. By registering an account on 73jl, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
73jl implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of data transmission or storage is completely secure, and 73jl cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.
73jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. You may close your 73jl account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (subject to verification and the satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
73jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; failure to complete identity verification; or any other reason that 73jl deems sufficient to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other players.
Upon termination of your account, your right to access and use the Platform will immediately cease. Any funds held in your account at the time of termination for cause may be withheld pending investigation. 73jl's rights and your obligations under these Terms shall survive termination to the extent necessary to give effect to their intent.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines in respect of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.
